Once a hunting retreat of Lohani Nawab of Palanpur, Balaram Palace Resort is now a Heritage retreat. Built between 1922 -1936, the palace is an elegant exemplification of neoclassical and baroque architecture. Situated in the lap of Aravalli hills, amidst in the 542 sq m Balaram Ambaji Reserve Forest, the palace borders North Gujarat and Rajasthan.
